    As a leading global betting brand with a significant presence in the U.K., Europe, LATAM, Australia and the U.S it is extremely important that the brand develops alongside business growth. As part of this evolution and the continued expansion of the Marketing team, an opportunity has arisen for the position of Brand Manager. This exciting new role will work closely with the Brand Marketing leadership team and marketing team colleagues.

    Who are we looking for

    A Brand Manager to further develop a comprehensive Brand Marketing function that ensures strategic alignment and creative excellence in all customer communications.

    The successful candidate will support on brand strategy projects to ensure that bet365's marketing is evolved in line with business ambition.

    Activating the strategy through the development of media approach and the implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns will form a significant part of the role.

    This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who are passionate about marketing and excited by the challenge of enhancing brand marketing across a range of states and products.

    Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use a range of communication styles and methods to engage audiences.
    • Strong brief writing and creative judgement skills.
    • Creative with the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges and experience in delivering effective marketing across a range of channels.
    • Data literate and KPI focused with the ability to determine the correct measurement metrics.
    • Collaborative, proactive and effective at presenting.
    • Experience in developing, executing and analyzing brand and direct response marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
    • An understanding of how to transform objectives into briefs and marketing plans.
    • Experience of working within a fast-paced and complex organization.
    • Experience in managing creative and media agencies for optimized outcomes.
    • Experience of managing team members is preferable but not essential.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Aligning and executing the Brand Marketing plan with clear objectives and evaluation.
    • Supporting the development of Brand Marketing professionals in the wider Brand team.
    • Supporting the evolution of brand strategy through the creation and delivery of 360 brand marketing campaigns ensuring excellence across all touchpoints.
    • Supporting where needed on media buying and strategy across TV, Sponsorships, Digital, Radio, OOH and all other media.
    • Briefing and building strong alignment with internal and external agencies to ensure creative excellence, KPI measurement and campaign delivery.
    • Developing close relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly those responsible for media buying and lead designers to enable optimized campaigns and creative.
    • Supporting the implementation of improved ways of working and marketing process and planning.
    • Supporting the implementation and analysis of research and insight work streams to optimize brand strategy and positioning.
    • Managing large budgets and working with leaders to ensure sound investment planning and streamlined accounting/payment processes.
    • Collaborating with creative design teams to ensure alignment with the brand guidelines on an ongoing basis.
