As the Branch Manager for Royal Truck Body (A Shyft Group Brand) in Jupiter, FL, you will be the primary point of contact for the branch, and manage all aspects of the operations of the operations including without limitation the profits and losses of the branch.
You will also be accountable for overseeing all branch activities in the areas of inside sales, purchase order and parts order tracking, warranties, status reporting, customer service, and issues resolution.
You will also:
Manage all aspects of the operations of the Branch including without limitation the profits and losses of the branch
Provide customer service to internal and external customer acting as the primary point person for the Branch's activities including inside sales, tacking of purchase orders, orders for parts, handling warranty matters, generating status and other reports, responding to customer concerns, and to provide resolve and resolution
Interface with production and the Company's main and other corporate and branch offices
Assist in the drafting and creation of the Company's and the Branch's operation plans including without limitation Annual Operation Plan (Budget) for the Company and the branch
Verify chassis releases and that all quotes have been signed-off
Act in coordination with Human Resources to assist with onboarding process
Effective resource management
