    What is the Global Sales Incentive group responsible for?This team supports the Global Advisory Services (GAS) area through providing sales incentives, financial planning, forecasting and oversight of performance; partnering with the business on all aspects of their financials to ensure they deliver success and grow.

    Within this the Financial Analyst focuses on overseeing the sales incentive process for over 25 International Sales Offices and provides additional analysis to enable the business to operate effectively.

    What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Financial Analyst?* Provide regular management reporting on sales incentive at an individual, country, regional and international level
    • Co-ordinate, review and enhance sales incentive reporting across GAS, partnering with human resources, finance, payroll and the business
    • Partner with the business to create, review and seek approval for regular sales incentive payments
    • Provide oversight of the Sales Office headcount, providing monthly reporting on budgeted vs. actual results
    • Meet with Sales Leaders to provide insight into their sales incentive results and opportunities
    • Provide trend analysis leveraging Excel/Power BI and draw out areas for comment and/or review
    • Highlight areas of the business where additional focus may be required
    • Recommend and implement enhancements to current processes
    • Build and maintain good working relationships with corporate finance and the business
    • Co-ordinate and support other initiatives as necessaryWhat ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
    • Bachelor's Degree ideally with a finance, business or communication focus2 years' relevant work experience
    • Understanding of the Asset Management business model, including revenue workflow, the sales process and how technology fits in with the business
    • Experience working through multiple business fiscal cycles; exposure and/or direct experience with project management and/or sales-related-capacity required
    • Ability to build outstanding relationships with strong facilitation skills
    • Excellent analytical skills with the vision to create meaningful commentary to sit alongside the numbers
    • Very detail focused, with the ability to follow through on own items and the confidence to follow up with others on outstanding items
    • Ability to provide accurate results and strong reconciliation skills
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Strong technical skills in MS Excel with basic understanding of other technologies like MS Access, Snowflake.
