    Job Description

    As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the product management team to set the vision for our solutions, identify key enhancements and new modules to be added, work with engineering to build them, and then the broader organization to get them into market -. You will translate market needs and competitive forces into proposed product roadmap. Then work with product owners to execute on the product roadmap and effectively launch products to market. Monitor product performance across the entire product lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify market needs and build market leading solutions for those needs
    • Consolidates varied input into market requirements for an assigned Product space, manages prioritized product features, and is accountable for all Product Owner responsibilities.
    • Develops and communicates product vision, collaborates closely with development teams, and monitors key product KPIs.
    • Understands market competition and synthesizes data to inform product direction.
    • Communication Skills: Comfortably presents complex information, supports client meetings and presentations.
    • Consolidates input from customers, competitors, marketing, sales, customer support, and development teams into market requirements for an assigned Product space.
    • Develops and maintains a prioritized list of product features.
    • Translates market requirements into a product roadmap.
    • Responsible for Product Owner work.
    Qualifications
    • 3+ years in product owner or manager role
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Experience with agile methodology, with specific Product Owner (or similar) experience preferred.
    • One or more related certifications such as Pragmatic, PMI- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certified Product Owner (CPO)
    • Healthcare experience is a plus
    • Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
    • Experience launching a new feature or module
    • Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior.
    • Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
    • Ability to report to the Product Manager and collaborate with the product development team.
    • Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
    • Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support.
    • Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Bachelor's Degree ideal
