- Assists with preparation and distribution of agendas and presentations, organize, and maintain pre-read materials, maintain speaking engagements calendar.
- Organizes internal & external meeting logistics, supports department townhalls and leadership team meetings.
- Lead M&R team document control requirements and work with cross functional teams to ensure file revisions are tracked and updated.
- Maintains department organization charts, creates, and maintains distribution lists, and monitors e-mail & calendar.
- Assists with travel arrangements and TEA expenditures.
- Work with data in Excel, Power BI and reporting software programs for manipulation & comprehension to assist with M&R team reporting and analysis.
- Assists other departments such as HR and Finance for preparation of correspondence, tracking department compliance and metrics, headcount monitoring, data integrity, etc.
- Organize and support department-wide events such as townhall, training, lunch and learns, etc.
- Assist other departments throughout the organization as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma of equivalent
- 3 – 5 years' experience in similar positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- >5 years' experience in similar positions
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey ideas.
- Previous experience with CMMS/ ERP software such as SAP, JDE, etc.
- Strong organization skills
- Experience with Power BI a plus
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Disciplined self-starter with good organizational skills
- Work independently or with others as a team to complete assigned projects.
