- Take Full ownership of the entire Manufacturing Process Lifecycle from inception through to operationalization
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver manufacturing programs that meet quality and industrial performance.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in program management, including scope and management, schedule management, budget oversight, and milestone reporting
- Apply extensive experience and expertise in problem solving methodologies to address commissioning & bring product to production
- Lead the implementation of corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Effectively manage and lead cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and synergy
- Bring wealth of experience in successful managing programs associated with high volume manufacturing
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and output in a high volume production environment
- 3 plus years of similar experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
- Experience in different stages of the battery process is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Minitab, CAD, and other relevant software.
- Knowledge and experience in quality tools such as DOE, FMEA, and 8D.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
