    As Project Manager, you will


    collaborate with senior executives and key organization leaders to define the overall content management strategy and objectives for multiple workstreams to compile a content management program.

    Your role will involve

    communicating the program strategy and objectives to key stakeholders, project team resources and ensuring that individual workstreams continually align with the overall business goals and objectives


    Other duties include:


    Collection of content from disparate sources, cleansing and consolidation of content, migration of content to the company's content management system, and definition of ongoing sustenance and governance of content with clearly identified roles & responsibilities.

    Work with the company's content team to identify stories needing updating and revisions, as well as formulate a workable content roadmap.

    Management of all content creation, revision, and retention across multiple platforms.

    Coordination of multiple work streams and identification of activities common to the workstreams to ensure that workstream leads do not duplicate work efforts across workstreams within the overall program.

    Consolidation and reporting of accomplishments, milestones, risks, issues, decisions from individual workstreams at the program level to project sponsors/executive sponsors, steering committee, etc.

    Establish an appropriate mechanism and tools for measuring the benefits of the program through well-documented KPIs.

    What you need to have:


    You must possess a thorough understanding of digital development (design, engineering and QA) and the ability to facilitate dialog that represents Cetera's development efforts and methodologies.

    M & A Experience

    You should also have strong understanding of interactive strategy, design, production and project management as well as digital marketing and accessibility.

    Strategic mindset with outstanding program management and the ability to track multiple project deliverables and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.

    Ability to translate complex and varied inputs including data, user research, strategic direction, and broad industry research into compelling stories and actionable programs in order to identify feasible options and evaluate strategic trade-offs.

    Experience developing credibility and rapport with key business partners, leading people and projects through influence, and a transparent, agile and data-driven approach to decision-making.

    A passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb client experience.
    Self-sufficiency in web analytics and enterprise-level web analytics technologies, such as Adobe Analytics, to create analysis, reporting, and insights.
    Strong knowledge base and experience developing or managing enterprise-level content strategy, channel standards, and/or content management systems is essential.
    Experience with content distribution strategies and related technologies, including mobile apps, content APIs, etc., is highly desired.
    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, project management software, etc., is highly desired.
    5+ years of experience in a marketing role that incorporates content strategy and strong technical skills.
    Experience in financial services or highly-regulated environment is a plus.
