- Maintain accurate patient registration information in the RPMS/Moonwalk and Aither Javelina systems.
- Verify and update patient eligibility and insurance information through online portals.
- Handle patient inquiries professionally and ensure completion of registration forms.
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with insurance enrollment.
- Assist in policy development and staff training.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY:
Join our team as a Patient Registration Coordinator at Health Services! In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to ensure accurate patient visit information and maintain positive patient relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, candidates should have a High School diploma, medical office experience, and strong communication and computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
Candidates must be able to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions effectively.
