    Description


    Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as an Associate Electrical Engineer, where you'll utilize your technical skills in building services systems on innovative projects both in the US and internationally.

    You'll work closely with clients, architects, and other team members to produce detailed designs, manage projects, and mentor junior engineers.

    Your role involves balancing client needs with our company's policies and staying updated with relevant legislation.

    Collaborate with various teams to create detailed design drawings and specificationsManage project discipline engineers and technicians, ensuring qualityTake charge of engineering solutions from concept to detailed designPrepare technical specifications and monitor financial performance of projectsKeep senior staff updated and mentor junior engineersOrganize and manage workload to meet deadlines and client commitmentsContribute to profitable project deliveryRequirementsExperience Required: 8+ years in electrical engineering design, preferably in sectors like Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, and Stadiums

    Education Required:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

    Preferred Credentials:
    Professional Engineer (P.E.), LEED AP accredited.


    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in Revit, familiarity with electrical fault analysis, and lighting design software.
    Extensive experience in electrical engineering design within the building services and construction industry.
    Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in electrical systems.
    Strong client-facing and communication skills, capable of presenting to high-level stakeholders.
    Ability to work independently and within a team-based organization.
