    In this role of Lead Electrical Engineer, you will join a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering excellence in electrical projects at the Bensalem, PA office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review client requests for proposals and scopes of work
    • Act as the client representative at bid walkdowns
    • Prepare manhour estimates and proposals
    • Lead electrical projects and develop contractor construction packages
    • Coordinate with other engineers and designers for larger projects
    • Support regional business development initiatives
    • Lead quality and design review meetings
    • Develop, maintain, and upgrade technical standards
    • Complete tasks in accordance with design procedures and guidelines

    Skills/Experience:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
    • Five (5) years of professional experience
    • Experience in Metals, Midstream Oil & Gas, Refineries & Petrochemical, or Utilities & Power Generation industries
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional Engineer (PE) certification
    • Ability to obtain certification in other states
