- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Management of store operations
- Travel outside of the store to take measurements if needed
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- MUST HAVE previous experience in Flooring- preferably carpet Will be responsible for helping with measurements
- Previous management experience is a PLUS
- College degree or 4 years similar work experience
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Trustworthy and ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
