- 84 months of experience working on an IT implementation of the Affordable Care Act, which includes automated Eligibility determination and automatic Enrollment into a chosen plan.
- 60 months of daily experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC).
- 60 months of experience managing and maintaining external state and federal interfaces
- 60 months of experience managing, coordinating, and tracking activities related to Open Enrollment with one or more State-Based Marketplace or the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace.
- 36 months experience managing COVID 19-related projects, including eliciting and analyzing the requirements and implementing IT solutions
