    Key Responsibilities:

    Professionally resolve patient issues using the established HEART Model. Deliver outstanding service and manage patient needs effectively.

    Facilitate billing functions and uphold confidentiality standards with patient information.

    • Perform point of service activities
    • Support front-end technology utilization for caregivers and patients
    • Collaborate with clinical staff and adhere to compliance policies

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum two years of relevant experience
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Desired Skills:

    • Customer service experience and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

    Physical Demands:

    • Sufficient dexterity to operate office equipment
    • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and transport up to 25 pounds
    • Good visual acuity and extended periods of standing or sitting
