How does Providence foster inclusivity in the workplace?
One way that Providence fosters inclusivity in the workplace is that we have a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, at least at my branch.
I'm in Providence Home and Community Care in Portland, Oregon. So we have a DEI committee, and it's not just for people with different skin tones. We have all kinds of different folks on the committee. And before I got on this committee a year and a half ago, I never realized that I was missing what it provides.
For me, it provides a place where I can come to work and be myself and work with other people to create a culture of safety and belonging across our entire branch.
And this is how I'm currently experiencing Providence fostering inclusivity.Kellie
