- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline (Mechanical, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) required.
- 5+ years of project engineering experience
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams
- Critical Thinker/Problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Time management skills

ABOUT THE ROLE
This Project Manager is experienced and detail-oriented and plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of projects within our Technology Department. Successful candidate will have a solid technical background, proven project management skills, and a strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make an impact toward the strategic direction of the business.
