Job summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for safely coordinating custodial / janitorial activities within the assigned program.Responsibilities:
- Perform duties of employees within the program assigned
- Train supervise and instruct employees in tasks safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate and monitors work activities recommends training and disciplineWritten reports such as pass down weekly or monthlyPerform quality service and safety inspectionsTrack equipment inventory maintenance and repairTrack supplies and maintain inventoryMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety complianceReport employee personnel customer issues to managerCorrect at risk behavior immediately then report to the manager immediatelyProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvementMaintain records ie training inspections attendance metric dataFamiliar with supervisor responsibilitiesSome travel may be required for this position
