Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Azure/B2C Systems Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory Administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Azure core services, PowerShell scripting, DevOps principles, and virtual networking. The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining the Always On VPN solution, ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance.

Requirements:
10 years of experience in Active Directory Administration.
5 years of experience with Cloud Administration, preferably in Azure.
Strong understanding of Azure core services and their functionalities.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and Software Development Life Cycle.
Strong understanding of virtual networking and security protocols.
Experience in Cost Management and Optimization.

Responsibilities:
Design the architecture, topology, and components of the Always On VPN solution.
Define server placement, load balancing, and redundancy strategy.
Set up and configure VPN servers and infrastructure.
Configure VPN profiles and policies for different user groups and devices.
Implement strong authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Ensure compliance with security protocols and encryption standards.
Monitor and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
Document VPN architecture, configuration settings, and procedures.
Create user guides and training materials for employees and IT staff.
Provide training sessions to educate users on connecting to the VPN.
