    Are you a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC service technician looking to advance your career? We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our team, where you'll work on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, as well as pellet stove and gas fireplaces. Thompson Best heating & air conditioning services multiple states and counties around Frederick MD.

    Job Responsibilities

    Must possess a minimum of three years working as a senior technician for a heating and air conditioning company.
    - MD HVAC Journeyman's License
    - Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and air conditioning systems.
    - Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
    - Install and service pellet stove and gas fireplaces.
    - Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
    - Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.
    - Maintain accurate records of services provided.
    - Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
    - Drive and maintain a company-provided work vehicle.

    Requirements
    - Valid driver's license.
    - Experience in troubleshooting and servicing HVAC systems.
    - Knowledge of pellet stove and gas fireplace maintenance.
    - Strong customer service and communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
