Job Description Job Description Kimco's client, a municipal entity in the Inland Empire, is seeking a GIS Analyst for a 6-month project.

Details:
Duration: 6+ months OR 1000 hours per fiscal year (whichever comes first)

Work location:
Riverside CA 92501.

Schedule:
Monday -Friday 40 hours a week, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Payrate to temp:
$37.24/hr.


Minimum Qualifications Option I:

Education:
Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Experience:
One year of full-time work experience in drafting, engineering and/or using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Experience using GIS software, computer aided design, and GIS equipment is highly desirable.

Option II:

Education:
Equivalent to an Associate's Degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a closely related field. A GIS certification may substitute for one year of the required experience.

Experience:
Three years of full-time work experience in drafting, engineering and/or using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Experience using GIS software, computer aided design, and GIS equipment is highly desirable.

Option III:

Education:
High School graduation or satisfactory equivalent (GED).

Experience:
Five years of full-time work experience in drafting, engineering and/or using Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Highly Desired Qualifications
Electric Industry Work Experience OR Understanding/Familiarity within the Electrical Field
Experience editing electric data using ArcMap and ArcFM
Experience working with AutoCAD files
Experience interpreting electric work order drawings
Experience making maps in ArcGIS Pro
