POSITION SUMMARY
Join our team as a Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Clinician and make a profound impact on the lives of adolescents and their families In this role, you'll deliver intensive, in-home clinical treatment that adheres to a proven model, targeting substance abuse and delinquent behaviors.
This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic and rewarding realm of adolescent, parent, and family clinical care.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Half paid upon hire and half paid at one year of serviceSalary $60,000
*Per the current needs of the program, this position is Bilingual required - Bilingual inSpanish and English. Additional Bilingual Stipend Available
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work and Doctorate in Psychology.
Must hold one of the following credentials to start a position: LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC or licensed or license eligible psychologist.
Valid Drivers License is required. Safely operates vehicle in the community, based on program needs
LOCATION
Waterbury, New Haven and New Britain. Position is currently being offered as a hybrid schedule with remote and in-home sessions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes clinical documentation
Provides triages for clinical emergencies and aligns with identified safety plan.
Works collaboratively with internal and external providers
Meets with families based on model expectations
Provides service in the office, remote and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program.
Work in a team to provide wrap around services to the family both clinical and case management
Participate in on-call rotation with teammates to support clients/families in times of crisis.
