    inviting you to share with us your STORY, your PASSION, and your EXPERTISE.From your PASSION to oursThe Demand Planning Analyst will play a key role within the LHD supply chain planning organization by maintaining oversight of the reporting processes, key performance indicators, and decision support capabilities for the demand planning team in their generation and management of a finished good forecast.

    The principal objective is to support the demand planning team so they can deliver the most accurate unbiased, unconstrained demand plan based on all cross functional input.

    This role is responsible for performing ad-hoc analysis to support key business initiatives and providing moderately complex analysis of information, problems and/or data of a moderate scope, where analysis requires a review of a variety of factors.

    Works under minimal supervision and exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Assists in driving change as needed.

    From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:

    Prepare reports on finished goods forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of the overall demand management processPerforms moderately complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data under general supervision.

    Makes recommendations for the review of more senior staff membersTracks, monitors and measures the benefit of implemented solutions for moderately complex issues, applying company policies and procedures in the resolution of a variety of issues.

    May also perform gap analysis. Communicates perceived risks to senior staff members and leadership with recommendations for mitigation. Computes metrics involving moderately complex issues. Develops, analyzes and disseminates moderately complex reports. Builds productive internal/external working relationships to work collaboratively. Shares knowledge with the team. Recommends streamlined processes and process improvements to more senior staff members. Assists in driving change as needed.

    RequirementsFrom your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

    Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other Business DisciplineAt least 1 year of experience or internship experience in a supply chain or business roleProficiency in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office applicationsExperience in a data and BI development environmentHighly developed problem solving and prioritization skills that will be demonstrated by the successful and timely completion of assignments.

    Must be a self-starter and be able to successfully execute initiatives with minimal guidance and accomplish the stated goals.
    Detail oriented and excellent analytical skills.
    Foundational knowledge of S&OP, Production/Materials/Demand Planning and physical distribution concepts.
    Strong project management skills with ability to interface with various levels.
