    As a Bullhorn Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle by determining customers' requirements and addressing technical challenges to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. The Solution Consultant must have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, technical expertise, and the ability to work well within a team or independently. The Solution Consultant must also be able to communicate complicated technical material clearly and effectively.

    As an integral part of the sales process, our Solution Consultants work with customers and Account Executives to ensure that the solutions presented solve our client's business problems. Bridging the gap between sales and technology, you will impact Bullhorn's bottom line with your ability to connect with and understand customers while using your business acumen to partner effectively with the sales team.

    A typical day might include:

    • Gathering, assessing and creating clients' technical specifications and requirements
    • Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices
    • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
    • Prepare and deliver end to end product demonstrations aligned to the client's specific business needs
    • Position Bullhorn's product value, while differentiating against the competition
    • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
    • Collaborate with our Professional Services or Solutions Integrator Partners to define and capture the implementation project scope
    • Work with our marketplace partners to understand their offerings and how our combined capabilities can deliver a superior client experience
    • Attend customer events to help promote our products and services.

    This role may be a fit for you if:

    • Have experience in a Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineering position or other solution based customer roles e.g. customer success manager, training, account manager, technical consultant etc.
    • You have strong technical trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
    • You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
    • Your track record of sales achievement, technical competence, and customer satisfaction is impressive
    • Have prior experience building technical Proof of Concepts (POCs)
    • You excel in your verbal and written communications and have strong presentation skills
    • You have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time

    • Staffing and Recruiting industry experience
    • Professional experience in a Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting position
    • Experience working with web-based, Software as a Service (Saas) applications
    • Full life cycle Software Development and Programming Experience
    • Familiarity with any of the following technologies:
    • Java/Javascript
    • HTML/CSS
    • SQL
    • Web Based Application Development
    • Report writing skills (IBM Cognos Analytics, PowerBI etc.)
