The Administrative Coordinator role serves as the office receptionist, general clerical, and administrative assistant throughout the office. The position manages electronic data processing activities of the agency related to CPA and firm registrants. Additionally,the work involves performance of functional work on computer systems including word processing,maintaining database/file integrity,data entry function of annual license renewals,generating appropriate forms and letters,and other related documents.

As an Administrative Coordinator,you will help make a positive first impression on everyone who walks through our doors. You will greet patients,visitors,and staff with kindness and professionalism,

  • Check in patients verify their information assist with completing any necessary paperwork Answer incoming calls route messages provide general information about clinic services Coordinate update appointments using our scheduling system to keep things running smoothly Maintain the cleanliness organization of the front desk lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment Support the clinic team everyday office tasks like data entry filing mail distribution,support tasks.
