    Imperium Construction Services, a general contracting and construction management company that specializes in interior build outs, is actively seeking an ambitious Assistant Superintendent to join our rapidly expanding team.

    Job Overview:

    The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is flexible, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering quality projects. As the Assistant Superintendent, you will work collaboratively with one or more team members to provide management services in line with our organization's vision and principles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Superintendent in managing and overseeing all aspects of a construction project
    • Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other members of the project team to ensure construction activities are properly executed
    • Assist with project planning and scheduling
    • Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities
    • Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
    • Maintain project records
    • Manage communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 2 to 5 years experience in the construction industry, ideally as a assistant superintendent
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
    • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
    • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
