    Career growth opportunity Contact with us to talk about your future What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer: Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
    Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
    Properly connect equipment
    HVAC Installer serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
    HVAC Installer cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
    For each HVAC installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it
    Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
    Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge
    Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
    Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
    HVAC Installer will maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
    All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
    Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer: At least three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge
    Must have EPA Universal 608 Certification
    Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
    Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
    Strong customer service skills
    Strong mechanical aptitude
