    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Soliant is working with a school in the area of York, PA, and is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the school year. Both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply

    Applicants will be contracted for working with K-5 students in one building.

    As an SLP, applicants will:

    • Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs.
    • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
    • Develop individualized education plans and present goals to student parents as well as school staff during IEP meetings.
    • Consult with parents and school staff on speech and language concerns.
    • Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
    • Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school.
    • Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development.
    • Bill Medicaid

    We seek candidates with the following skills and attributes:

    • Excellent communication
    • Solid organization
    • Up-to-date knowledge of Pennsylvania Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings
    • Professionalism and accountability

    Requirements:

    • Pennsylvania SLP license AND
    • SLP certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
