Job Responsibilities Responsible for wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean, safe and orderly workplace. Demonstrates a commitment to maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area. Follows safety regulations and actively contributes to work safety. Follows all standard work, control plans, all processes, and quality guidelines. Setting up, operating and dismantling of tools to support product mix changes and requirements. Demonstrates flexibility in approach and ideas, responds positively and supports changes in procedures, process, technology, responsibility and assignments.
Maintains cooperative and productive working relationships and communications with all employees, participating effectively as a team member or as a team leader.
Encourages and assists in self-improvement. The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
High school diploma/(GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
