    Job Description:
    As an Investigator Field Leader at ISN Corporation, your role involves overseeing independent contractor investigators and part-time employee investigators across diverse geographic locations. You will be responsible for ensuring investigator performance, work quality, availability, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

    Duties and Responsibilities include:

    • Provide daily oversight and guidance to investigators.
    • Ensure adherence to government and industry standards.
    • Build strong relationships with investigators to foster engagement.
    • Utilize performance data to enhance efficiency.
    • Monitor and track case progress.
    • Communicate program requirements to investigators.
    • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
    • Assist in recruitment activities.
    • Work independently from a home office.
    • Perform additional tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of four years of experience with OPM / DCSA, Intel, or similar programs.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience.
    • Must be a U.S. citizen with TS clearance eligibility.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic, teamwork, and integrity.
    • Passion for supporting national security initiatives.
    • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
