    The Mass General Brigham-Salem Hospital Nurse Residency Program is designed to orient newly licensed nurses to the organization and build confidence and skill through various learning modalities and guided experiences.

    Newly licensed nurses who have graduated within 12 months of hire with no acute care nursing experience are welcome Slots for this program are filling up fast so apply today

    Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.

    Position requires a Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

    BLS required.

    Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
