    Description

    The Supervisor of Provider Services & Data Management is responsible either directly or in collaboration with other CCR&R staff for services delivered to educators and programs as well as voucher billing and provider file maintenance. This position is Full-Time, FLSA Exempt and reports to the Deputy Director of Child Care Circuit.

    Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
    • Assist in maintaining and environment that supports and encourages the growth and development of children;
    • Identify gaps in child care capacity, recruiting providers, connecting providers with appropriate early education and care best practices resources and information and offering technical assistance on QRIS and other EEC initiatives, regulations and policies;
    • Monitor providers administrative activities and work with them to resolve any issues; accurate and timely reporting and of all data generated by these activities;
    • Provide supervision of staff as delegated;
    • Process billing function according to EEC regulation;
    • Preform Quality Control on proofing and data entry;
    • Technical assistance on data entry and proofing to Provider Services Specialist;
    • Ensure that checks are expedited on a timely basis;
    • Assist Manager of Provider Services with submitting monthly invoice to EEC;
    • Attend and connect with CFCEs in SDA to meet all contractual requirements. This includes monthly WL report to CFCEs, select council meetings and resource fairs;
    • Be part of outreach team to the business community and community partners to meet all contractual requirements;
    • Assist with collection, maintenance and distribution of relevant child care data to stakeholder;
    • Work with Deputy Director on database management, quality control and statistical analysis;
    • Assist in preparation of reports to fulfill contractual obligations;
    • All other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of an Associate Degree is required;
    • Knowledge and experience with database entry and report generation is required;
    • Child Care and customer service experience is highly preferred;
    • Experience working with large datasets;
    • Strong Attention to detail;
    • Experience working with CCFA is a plus;
    • Ability to comprehend billing procedures and systems; and
    • Must possess the qualifications required for their positions in accordance with EEC regulations.
