    Colangelo & Partners (C&P) is a leading fine wine and spirits integrated communications agency in the United States, sought after by the top brands and industry players for the quality of their results, creativity, and return on investment.

    We are seeking a Digital Content Producer to lead the production of engaging digital content for our clients. Digital Content Producers are responsible for contributing to accounts by executing various content deliverables and partnerships, as well as assisting in the production of photo and video assets, both for client and agency needs.

    This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong eye for design, good project management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding visual content. This position reports to the Creative Content Strategist and is a full-time role.

    This is a full-time, hybrid role, with benefits. The individual selected for this role will work 2-3 days/week from our New York City office. The salary for this position starts at $57,000. Candidates with significantly more experience than called for in the job description may be offered a higher salary.

    Responsibilities

    Photography & Videography

    • Support all aspects of content production, with supervision from the Creative Content Strategist, from pre to post production on a weekly basis as assigned, including static and dynamic assets as well as event photography as needed
    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and adjust shot lists to ensure coverage aligns with overall brand messaging and KPI objectives.
    • Lead the coordination of photoshoots for in-studio deliverables, including organizing and ordering props/ingredients, assisting in food-preparation, and prop styling during the shoot.
    • Knowledge of digital social trends with emphasis on producing Reels and TikToks and post-production video editing

    Graphic Design

    • Develop and produce original graphic design deliverables based on clients' scope of work for social media posts, presentations and website elements.
    • Support with the production of visually compelling presentation decks and templates such as client brand guidelines, visual mood boards, creative partner proposals, and social media posts, in collaboration with the Creative Content Strategist.

    Content Partner Coordination

    • Manage the relationship with content creators, setting expectations on deliverables, negotiating rates and contracts, ensuring assets are up to client and agency standards and are submitted in a timely fashion.

    Miscellaneous

    • Contribute additional tasks across multi-functional teams including supporting social media, influencer marketing and community management when relevant
    • Ability to undertake ad-hoc projects as relevant for clients that contribute toward larger agency initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of relevant experience, food & beverage photography portfolio a plus
    • Expert understanding of lighting and composition, standard food styling a plus
    • Proficient in Capture One
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; experience with animation a plus
    • Proficient in other design & video tools such as Canva and Capcut
    • Proficiency in Google Suite a must
    • Strong understanding of current design and industry trends and ability to adapt designs to various platforms and mediums.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
    • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with content creator partnerships and influencer marketing is highly desirable.
    • Bachelor's degree is not mandatory, but is preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience working in an agency setting is preferred, but not required.
