This job is with Marsh McLennan seeking a talented individual to join the Casualty team at Marsh based in Philadelphia This role will be based in Philadelphia and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Act as lead advisory colleague on medium sized less complex books of business Develop an understanding of the clients business strategic priorities risk strategies and risk management needs and provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients Utilize risk expertise and knowledge of industry insurance market place review client exposures loss experience develop solutions for standard client needs Execute renewal/placement strategies conjunction Placement Advisory Leader Client Executive execute accordance client instructions Assist presentations prospective clients develop/suggest innovative solutions to gain new clients projects Build maintain relationships with clients primary point contact day-to-day service needs Maintain quality areas deliverables monitoring delivery invoicing ensure satisfied Keep abreast changing market conditions contribute firms body knowledge product line active internal communication What You Need To Have Industry experience casualty broker experience preferred Healthcare University program experience helpful P&C license must ability obtain Bachelor degree preferred What makes you stand out Ability build strong relationships rapport internal colleagues carriers Self-starter resourcefulness bring solutions ideas firm Being part collaborative team feel make immediate impact Why join our team Gain exposure key stakeholders make strong business connections Opportunity long term growth dynamic growing business unit Make immediate impact support book organization growth organization Exceptional benefits great time off additional perks working Marsh>Job description
