We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our dynamic ophthalmology practice as a Patient Care Representative. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.Responsibilities include welcoming patients with a smile, handling incoming calls professionally, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance and updating patient information, collecting co-pays and payments accurately
