- Communicate with attorneys, assistants, and clients regarding account matters
- Promptly address and resolve collection inquiries and requests
- Manage accounts for leadership attorneys and those with significant billing volumes
- Monitor aged invoices, credit balances, and unbilled time; drive resolution
- Conduct client outreach via email, phone, and mail to resolve non-payment issues
- Field daily accounts receivable queries from attorneys, staff, and administrators
- Assist in training new hires on accounts receivable processes and systems
- Report to leadership on delinquent accounts and at-risk receivables
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- 5-7 years in accounts receivable/collections
- Self-motivated with strong professionalism
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
- Proficient with computers and accounting software/principles
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
