    Description:

    The ideal candidate for this role will act as a liaison between the Billing Attorneys, assistants, and clients to resolve client non-payment issues and improve collection realization. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with the Client Accounts Coordinators, Manager, and Financial Applications Trainer to assist with staff training.

    Key Duties:

    • Communicate with attorneys, assistants, and clients regarding account matters
    • Promptly address and resolve collection inquiries and requests
    • Manage accounts for leadership attorneys and those with significant billing volumes
    • Monitor aged invoices, credit balances, and unbilled time; drive resolution
    • Conduct client outreach via email, phone, and mail to resolve non-payment issues
    • Field daily accounts receivable queries from attorneys, staff, and administrators
    • Assist in training new hires on accounts receivable processes and systems
    • Report to leadership on delinquent accounts and at-risk receivables
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years in accounts receivable/collections
    • Self-motivated with strong professionalism
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
    • Proficient with computers and accounting software/principles
    • Advanced MS Office skills

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
