    Job Opportunity: Director of Imaging Services

    Location: Colorado Springs, CO

    Duration: 13 week contract. Options to extend, or hire on directly at the end of the contract.

    Compensation: $85-95/hour. Weekly Pay. Reasonable travel/lodging expenses will be negotiated. Maximum amount must be approved during the offer process

We are currently assisting our esteemed partners in Colorado Springs, CO, in filling the position of Director of Imaging Services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and track patients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care at the right point on the continuum.
    • Determine effective integration efforts, identify areas for process and system improvements, and communicate collaboratively with all customer groups to ensure understanding.
    • Manage employees through a collaborative team approach, fostering cooperation across modalities.
    • Establish performance goals, allocate resources, and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
    • Train new staff in proper patient care to maintain a conscientious and caring atmosphere.
    • Develop and maintain close working relationships with physicians, providing appropriate follow-up regarding changes, problems, or incidents.
    • Ensure high satisfaction among internal and external customers, physicians, and employees.
    • Prepare and submit capital budget requests aligned with strategic and tactical business plans, implementing cost-efficient strategies.
    • Proactively complete productivity and budget variance action plans within established timeframes.
    • Maintain ongoing analysis of Clinical Service Performance, monitor trends, and recommend service improvements to meet changing market needs.
    • Understand project management procedures and complete projects according to agreed-upon processes.
    • Create a vision for service lines within the Imaging Department, aligning with the hospital's vision and mission.
    • Mentor and coach leaders and team members, providing guidance for personal improvement and professional development.
    • Consult with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to coordinate the highest quality patient care.

    Skills:

    • 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong business and strategic planning skills.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Approved School of Radiologic Technologist) - Required.
    • American Registry or Radiologic Technologists - Required.

    Certifications & Licenses:

    • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
