    We are looking for a Unit Medical Records Clerk - Part-Time

    ** Pay range = $17.25 to $19 per hour **

    ** 10a to Noon; Monday to Friday; 10 hours per week **

    Unit Medical Records Clerk Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 1 year minimum Administrative experience in Long-Term Care.
    • Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification preferred.
    Unit Medical Records Clerk Job Summary:
    • Phone, copying, filing and mail distribution responsibilities.
    • Order medical and other supplies for the Unit.
    • Verify daily census.
    • Manage resident records for accuracy and effective filing process.
    • Assist with resident appointment scheduling.
    • Other administrative tasks as assigned.
