Job summary:
The Assistant Grocery Manager is responsible for maintaining customer service standards while ensuring store operations run smoothly.- Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast and friendly service.
The role involves assisting customers with product suggestions,suggestive selling via phone or intercom interactions,
answering incoming calls and resolving complaints as needed.
This position requires staff management skills including scheduling employees,
scheduling employee training sessions on sales procedures record-keeping techniques.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies
- Evaluate working knowledge of code dating practices.
The right candidate should have excellent communication skills,a strong team player attitude,and ability to maintain high-quality food service levels.
