    Play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the financial processes related to revenue generation, billing, collections, and reimbursement.

    Lead a team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, maximizing revenue streams, and minimizing revenue leakage. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve financial goals.

    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing practices, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
