    We are hiring a skilled Pool Technician to join our team.

    We offer competitive compensation starting at $28/hour, to $35/hour. A possible salary position will be considered based on experience and the right candidate.

    Duties:

    This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools.

    Lead Pool Technician

    Proficiency with Hayward equipment and setup

    Ability to program pool systems

    Repair and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators

    Expertise in pool plumbing and equipment installation

    Conduct water testing to ensure proper chemical levels and adjust as necessary

    Conducting pool equipment warranty work and troubleshooting

    Delivering pool orientation and training to clients

    Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions with pool systems

    Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

    Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on pool equipment

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    Extensive knowledge of pool equipment functionality. 5 years minimum experience

    -Experience with building pool equipment setups

    Experience with hot tubs

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred 5 Years minimum

    Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively

    Familiarity with pool equipment repair and troubleshooting

    Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and find effective solutions

    Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards

    Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

    Ability to work independently or as part of a team

    -Must have valid NC Driver's license
