• Cover mainly 1 Hospital and minimal vacation coverage for 2nd Hospital
• Practice team includes 7 full time physicians, 15 full time CRNAs with several solid PRN CRNAs
• Care team model with medical direction generally 1:3, sometimes 1:4 Collegial work environment, good administrative support and relationship

• Cardiac, neuro, ortho, general, urology, gynecological surgery, ENT, Low risk obstetrics deliveries/year)
• Primary Stroke Center, Level II Special Care Nursery

• MGMA 55th percentile plus wRVU production bonus
