Description
Responsibilities include overseeing instrument maintenance, quality control, proficiency testing, patient testing and reporting; developing training plans for staff members and evaluating performance and competency; maintaining, organizing, and updating department records.
Performs specimen collection and works the bench in each area of the laboratory.Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date
Requirements:
40 hours per week - First Shift
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or related sciences.
Certification or eligibility for board certification by ASCP; AMT; NCA or equivalent.
One (1) year of relevant experience.
