    Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

    Employee Type:
    Non-Exempt Full-Time

    Hiring Pay Range:
    $ $22.00 per hour.

    The hiring pay range for this position includes an additional $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment added to your base pay range.

    Summary

    Initiate or verify funds transfers, including domestic and international wires, electronic tax payments, electronic securities and savings bonds.
    File documents and assist wire customers with wiring instructions.
    Process and review new online banking enrollments to satisfy daily deadlines.
    Qualifications

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Obtain all wire transfers, either from internal banking product or wire transfer system.
    Determine if outgoing wire requests have been properly authorized.
    Verify incoming wires for appropriate account ownership.
    Electronically process wires from internet banking product to WireXchange software to FRB.

    Verify that all wire transfers from branches and internet banking product have been received and sent to FRB balancing at end of day.

    Process all incoming wires from FRB to accounts.
    Know and adhere to wire transfer deadline.
    Balance wire totals at mid-day and end of day.
    Assist internal customers with research pertaining to wire transfers.
    Answer wire transfer phone line Monitor and Maintain balances at correspondence banks.
    Process Electronic Securities.
    Process consumer online banking enrollment.
    Assist with mobile deposit review.

    Maintains consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, banking regulations, and bank policies and procedures related to the position.

    Delivers the quality of service as defined by department standards.
    Other duties may be assigned.
    Education and/or Experience

    • 3 years related banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
