    Job Description

    Established CPA Firm is looking to bring on an Audit Manager for their Orlando Office location.

    • Hybrid remote – 1-2 days in the office
    • 50 hours per week during busy season (12 weeks)
    • Full benefits package, 401k with 4% match + annual bonus

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying and communicating audit risks to Managing Partners
    • Supervising audit, review, and/or compilation work programs, and addressing staff queries.
    • Handling and understanding of client engagement to deliver a tailored level of delivery to clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively manage multiple engagements at the same time.
    • Provide Audit and Assurance services

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years' or more of audit experience with a public accounting firm.
    • Experience with real estate, construction, non-profit, or employee benefit plan accounting
    • Hold an active CPA license in good standing
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and tax and accounting software
    • Must have comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven history of coaching others to success.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
