    • $3,000 for individuals without license
    • $4,000 for those with a 1st or 2nd level license

    Role Overview: Offering mental health rehabilitation services, supporting adults and families to reduce hospitalizations and crises, and enhance community functioning for clients to achieve recovery and resiliency goals. The Triage Program and Crisis Residential Unit are closely connected programs responding promptly to individuals in psychiatric crises.

    Requirements:


    - Bachelor's Degree in fields like Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related (master's degree preferred)
    - Experience or education in mental health services
    - MHP or QMHP qualification preferred
    - Valid driver's license
    Qualifications:


    - Strong written skills for accurate documentation
    - Excellent organization and computer skills
    - Self-starter with capacity to collaborate independently and in teams
    - Proficient in counseling, case management, and delivering educational sessions
    - Ability to coordinate community resources and present lectures

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Follow designated work hours and additional hours as needed
    • Motivate and problem solve with staff on effective clinical practices
    • Drive improved performance while meeting client and family needs
    • Customize communication for clients and families
    • Ensure timely completion of all documentation
    • Manage primary case responsibilities
    • Conduct counseling and educational sessions
    • Keep client service records in compliance
    • Coordinate with staff and community resources
    • Apply various treatment concepts and service modalities
    • Deliver workshops, lectures, and training sessions
    • Attend court proceedings when required
    • Maintain confidentiality according to professional standards
    • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the agency positively
    • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management

    Schedule: 8-hour shifts

    • Shift: Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12am

    Location: Rosecrance Mulberry Campus – Rockford, IL
