- We are seeking a hands-on Administrative Assistant that can provide advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties to the Vice Presidents.
- As a main point of contact, represents the company and regularly interacts with visitors, contractors, professional service providers and business partners.
- This position always requires professional and courteous conduct and excellence in customer service delivery.
- Coordinates daily activities such as scheduling and organizing meetings, compiling special reports, handling itineraries, and booking travel.
- Maintains Headquarter townhall calendar. Schedules quarterly meetings as required Globally.
- Organizes and maintains special programs, reports, documents, files.
- Provide administrative support as necessary.
- Liaison for scheduling and coordinating flights both commercial and those on the corporate plane.
- Plans, organizes, and schedules relevant business conferences, meetings, and actives, holiday events etc.
- Answers and screens telephone calls and greets visitors and resolves routine inquires.
- Administers/coordinates corporate travel policies and procedures through travel agent.
- Administers and coordinates Company car program.
- Prepares, organizes, and distributes Company Purchase Order Requests.
- Administers and coordinates Company Business Travel account for all traveler's company wide.
- Provides administrative support to division staff and general administration department as needed.
- Travels, as required.
- Filing.
- Analytical/Judgement & Decision Making.
- Demonstrated typing speed of 90 words per minute, preferences include dictation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
