    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. As a vital member of our school-based team, the SLP will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for students with communication disorders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
    • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
    • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans
    • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational goals

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Valid Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
    • Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably in a school-based setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Passion for providing high-quality services to students from diverse backgrounds
