At Keswick we embrace the belief that we are all aging all the time together Whether we are supporting residents partnering with families or growing professionally side by side we honor the journey of aging as a shared human experience This role works closely with community members to improve their well-being support an individual aging experience Deliver evidence-based programs health wellness classes well-being initiatives in-person virtually at off-site locations Work individually small groups guide wellness journey proven health model theories communication strategies Manage day-to-day operations programs facilitator needs room set-up take-down technology needs attendance reporting Research recruit partners facilitate health promotion programs initiatives support person s wellness journey Serves liaison off-site programming Keswick relationships staff recruitment efforts local details coordination implementation programs at off-site locations Deliver assist programs initiatives designed meet health social engagement goals adults within Keswick network clients Raise awareness about Keswick participation community outreach events needed Collaborate team members craft disseminate content social media internal external communications outreach efforts partnership initiatives related community-based work Knowledge adult learners ability teach manage groups individuals diverse abilities backgrounds Possess strong facilitation skills Proven superior organizational time management skills prioritize work complex multi-tasking environment Attention detail strong problem-solving skills Proven ability manage multiple projects deadlines independently team Ability communicate effectively diplomatically diverse audiences.
