    O'Connor Plumbing is a leading plumbing services provider in the DC-Metro area, committed to delivering high-quality and reliable solutions to our clients. With a rich history spanning over two decades, we take pride in our skilled team and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

    We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Commercial Renovation / Construction Plumber to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, some of which are occupied.
    • Manage plumbing alterations or installations in remodeling projects.
    • Collaborate with other trades on construction plumbing projects.
    • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, efficient solutions for clients.
    • Adhere to safety regulations while working on-site.
    • Work with various materials, including cast iron, PVC, CPVC, schedule 80 PVC, PEX, CSST, steel, copper sweat, and press fittings.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
    • Lift heavy materials as needed and meet physical demands of the job.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in commercial renovation or construction plumbing.
    • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and related materials.
    • Experience with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial spaces.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
