    Traba is searching for a detailed and process-oriented Marketing Operations to oversee and carefully develop, maintain, and optimize all automated marketing campaigns, and manage related tools.

    As the lead for our key platforms, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data governance and integrity for our critical prospect, partner, and customer databases. Your expertise will directly contribute to our ability to leverage data effectively, driving business growth and operational excellence.

    Your efforts will bolster our marketing and sales infrastructure, ensuring seamless contact and account management and revenue generation processes.

    What You Will Do:

    • Ensure complete data accuracy across platforms, focusing on utilization for business management and growth.
    • Oversee the end-to-end email production process in Marketo, encompassing planning, asset creation, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
    • Govern, manage, and administer Marketo, including automation, campaign design, and database hygiene.
    • Maintain and enhance our solutions architecture, supporting the marketing and sales functions through strategic integrations and efficient system workflows.
    • Aid in the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, optimizing lead acquisition, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
    • Provide first-line support for internal users, contribute to the marketing knowledge base, and engage in continuous improvement of our GTM systems and processes.

    What You Will Need:

    • 2+ years of marketing automation experience using Marketo.
    • 1+ years of expertise in Salesforce usage and marketing administration, especially in building Salesforce dashboards and setting up campaign attribution programs.
    • Ability to design, test, document, deploy, and maintain third-party integrations with Marketo.
    • Ability to design and deploy effective reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.
    • Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, and how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes
    • Understand business operations issues and figure out how to build it within Salesforce and the systems that touch Salesforce
    • Proficiency in HTML/CSS
    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience

    Salary Range Details

    The compensation range for this position is set between $90,000 and $125,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
