    Join our team at Revelyst, Outdoor Performance, a group of creators dedicated to crafting cutting-edge performance gear and precision technologies. Our renowned brands prioritize meticulous workmanship and collaboration to push the boundaries of outdoor possibilities.

    We are on the lookout for a skilled In-Store Experience Coordinator to become part of our Outdoor Performance division. In this role, you'll be a key player in the marketing team, focusing on driving in-store marketing initiatives while also supporting sell-in/sell-thru success. Our goal in Outdoor Performance is to ensure that our marketing efforts reflect our brand's dedication and expertise to reach our objectives.

    This position will report to the DIRECTOR, CHANNEL/SHOPPER MARKETING at Outdoor Performance and can be situated in either our Logan, UT, or Bozeman, MT office.

    As the In-Store Experience Coordinator, you will be involved in:

    • Customer/Retailer Initiatives Visual Merchandising – Creating in-store plan-o-grams and floor plans.Collateral Development/Trafficking – Collaborating with various teams to develop collateral packages for different executions.Asset Management – Organizing digital assets and ensuring effective naming and filing.Account Planning – Supporting in executing branded space initiatives.Analyze – Understanding retail data and validating ROI.
    • Sales Team Sales Support – Coordinating the delivery of tools and assets for the sales team.Sales Professional Engagement Initiatives Shop Pro Programs – Handling training, rewards, and community efforts.Seasonal Programs – Developing and maintaining Account Activation calendars.
    • Consumer Facing In-Store Experience – Assisting in creating consumer experiences and coordinating product launches.Events – Collaborating on organizing and executing trade shows and events.

    You bring:

    • 3-5 years of marketing and/or retail experience with a preference for apparel, equipment, or sporting goods.
    • Understanding of space & location planning for consumer journey guidance.
      • Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility to adapt within a dynamic work environment and ambiguity tolerance.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office Suite.
    • Travel availability of up to 20%.

    Pay Range:

    $ $28.56

    The annual salary offered will be based on experience, location, education, and skills, and will be agreed upon at the time of offer.
